Key Responsibilities
- Office & Workflow Support: Manage the front-office environment by handling professional communications, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and ensuring the team has the supplies they need to succeed.
- Financial Administration: Facilitate the business cycle by accurately processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and preparing expense reports to ensure financial records remain up to date.
- Logistics Coordination: Support our field and project teams by organizing travel arrangements, managing vendor relationships, and tracking essential project documentation like packing slips.
- HR & Payroll Assistance: Act as a key support resource for our workforce by assisting with payroll processing and helping with the documentation required for new hires and ongoing employee records.
Qualifications
- Reliability & Precision: A high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work consistently.
- Effective Prioritization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance administrative duties with time-sensitive field requests.
- Clear Communication: Confident verbal and written communication skills for interacting with everyone from vendors to field crews.
- Technical Basics: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and a general comfort learning new administrative workflows.
